Lady Aj Sanders Bio

Lady AJ is President and Co-Founder of AJ Sanders Training & Consulting Managment, LLC. This boutique company consists of an experienced staff of ten who bring over 40 years of combined experience in the areas of workplace culture transformation, leadership and staff development, team building, and conflict resolution/mediation. For twenty plus years they have successfully provided coaching and consulting services to organizations throughout the United States, Canada, Africa, and the Caribbean.
Satisfied clients include Educational and Healthcare Facilities, Government and Social Services Organizations. Previously, she held leadership and staff development positions at The National Aquarium in Baltimore, Marriott, and Sheraton Hotels in several states.
Lady Aj is most experienced serving as a strategic advisor and providing consulting services for organizations developing and implementing Diversity and Inclusion initiatives and Leadership Development programs for succession planning. During critical transitional periods, Lady Aj is described by her clients as the “Go to Coach” and a business partner who is 100% committed to your success. She has a unique coaching style using “Straight Talk” that is delivered with a high level of integrity, honesty, and compassion when fast paced growth and transformation is required.
Having received numerous honors and awards, she is most proud of her executive coaching and teambuilding work for Johns Hopkins, University of Maryland, and Bon Secours Hospitals. She describes her two greatest professional contributions as serving behind the scenes to support The COLOURS Organization, Inc. whose mission is to provide critical health services for the LGBTQ+ community and providing training/coaching for Richmond Behavioral Health Authority’s staff serving citizens with mental health and intellectual disabilities and the Richmond, Virginia Public School Day Treatment Programs and providing Coaching to The Child Center of NY RTF and organization leaders. She has studied at the University of Pittsburg, Temple University in Philadelphia and received a full scholarship from the Smithsonian Museums’ Diversity Leadership Training Institute in Washington DC. She is a year 2000 graduate.
Lady Aj is married to Pastor Michael; they are the proud adoptive parents of two daughters and serve as mentors to over 40 young men and women struggling to rise above poverty in urban cities. She is a collaborative published author of two books, The Unvoiced Pain-Releasing Depression and Anxiety and Corona Chronicles. A highly sought after Motivational Speaker and Coach, whose coaching mantra is “If you knew how, you would.” During her free time, she loves reading, traveling, cooking and spending time with family and close friends.
